Restored by Rollin Thurlow and Michael Grace.  Extremely rare example of one of the finest canoes ever built.  We know of only two others- in
Canadian museums- and this one is by far the finest of the three.

Unrestored original. There are a few similar canoes in the Adirondack Museum (Blue Mountain Lake, NY), but this is the only one known of its specific type.
