Please return this form BY MAIL no later than Friday, October 10, 2008.

Registration fee is $30 per applicant and includes the registration of one boat or one related exhibit along with a welcome packet and dinner. Additional boats may be registered by the same applicant for $5 each. Dinner for family members or guests is $15 each. Your check should be made payable to the Georgetown Wooden Boat Show. Please send check, completed form, and non-returnable photograph of boat (for web site) to: Georgetown Wooden Boat Show, c/o PO Box 2228, Georgetown, SC 29442.
